Navolia Bryant is the Founder and Executive Director of Training For Excellence, Inc. non-profit organization. Mrs. Bryant has over 20 years of corporate human resources management and training experience, she is a motivational speaker, a columnist for a local newspaper, a radio host and a licensed ordained minister.
Mrs. Bryant is a master trainer who has taught individual’s success-oriented management, communications, and behavioral management and life skill strategies for over 20 years. She is respected for her expertise, enthusiasm, warmth, and motivating communication style. She has the ability to view situations with objectivity, sensitivity, professionalism, and humor. Mrs. Bryant is a skilled facilitator who knows how to combine knowledge, wit, positive reinforcement, and enlighten storytelling in such a manner that will help participants remember the material long after the training session has ended. She brings energy, direction, and focus to individuals who are developing fundamental skills as well as those in advanced pursuit of personal and professional development. She has volunteered in urban communities for over 18 years helping individuals to find their purpose and fulfill their potential using training as the primary vehicle of transformation.
Mrs. Bryant founded Training For Excellence in 2001 for the purpose of training and educating individuals in urban community settings teaching them professional life skills, success strategies for the workplace and behavioral modification, which will assist them in creating a better life for themselves and their families.
She also serves on the board of several other non-profit agencies throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She derives much joy from imparting knowledge to people that are willing to receive it.
