I'm Navolia Bryant, Founder/Executive Director and we're glad you've chosen to visit us at our Training For Excellence website. If you can believe it, you can achieve! We truly believe knowledge is power!

There are no limitations to the imagination and where one can go in life. We take pride in giving people hope for a better tomorrow …transforming lives through training.

During our years of field training, we have encountered numerous individuals who have simply given up on life. However, after going through Training For Excellence Leadership Development program, they are recharged with a desire to succeed. We do more than train; we impart vision and, create hope. Furthermore, we would like to thank the many agencies, organizations and individuals that have sponsored clients to participate in our life-changing Leadership Development and Job Readiness Program. To each of you we would like to say, thank you! Your generous contributions have helped to change the life of many women, men and teens that are suffering from low self-esteem, fear of failure, lack of education, lack of basic life skills, and many other issues.

Training For Excellence is dedicated to imparting knowledge that gives hope for a better tomorrow, and to serve as a change agent to help improve the lives of our participants and their families.
